Changes and Returns
All our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment. After 14 days, we are no longer responsible for refunds or exchanges. Contact our customer service immediately if you have the wrong product or one that needs fixing.
Your item must be clean, unused, and in the same condition that you got it in for you to be able to return it. The items must also be sent back in the packaging they came in. If the returned product has hair, pet hair, or stains, it will not be accepted.
Refunds (when applicable)
After the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be put on your credit card or the way you paid for the item in the first place. Refunds may take a while to process, but no longer than 30 days after we get your return. Payment services handle refunds automatically based on the payment method used to place the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive a refund after a reasonable time, check your email and credit card or PayPal balance, then call your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock
If there is restock coming for the item, we will notify about it by email. If the item in question is not available, we will give you a refund for the money you paid for it.
If you’re sending something worth money, you should use a service that lets you track it or buy shipping insurance. We are not responsible if your return package gets lost or goes missing.
Depending on where the exchanged item is going, it may take a while for it to arrive
Please note that packages that were refused or couldn’t be delivered and were sent back to us are not considered customer returns.
